teleport to heaven

This theme is very dear to me. The past years of my life, I've been busy with a lot of things. Prioritizing isn't part of my vocabulary. I just do things as if I own 70 years of my life.

Grace Place, a non-denominational, non-sectarian Christian church that I'm involved with right now, is starting a message series (4 Sundays) that simply talks about life, its real essence and how to maximize it. I'm personally inviting you to come.

Here's the official announcement.

NEW MESSAGE SERIES STARTING THIS SUNDAY, FEB. 3!

What if you learned you had just 30 days to live? How would your life be different? Is it possible to make the most of every day, right now?

Arnold, Thanks for accepting me as a friend. This is a very deep thing to think about and, I have been thinking about this question ever since I first saw it. My answer is: I can't come up with a plan of change if I knew I only had 30 days to live. The conclusion is that I wouldn't do anything differently. Why? Because at the present time I strive to remain in continuous prayer, or at least a constant awareness of God's never ending presence with me. There's no other way I would have a chance of controlling my thoughts and actions. I remain prepared to die at any second and do not fear it at all. I pray constantly only to know God's will for me, moment to moment, and, thank him for all things. My greatest desire in this life is to draw closer to God, be enabled by him to be a more righteous person in order to be more pleasing to him. I live only to glorify his name and serve him And my greatest joy is seeing God work through me to bless and help others. Nothing else really matters to me, as God sees to all my needs and blesses me richly, without my asking. So, this is what I do every waking moment. What could I possibly do/change that would be more pleasing to God? I can't think of anything. Let me add, God used you to bless me in a huge way. Imagine, I stumbled onto your site from Google while searching something about FireFox and found the answer to a prayer! God doesn't do things by mistake or without reason. Strange, that I'm in the US. So far away. But, I do pray for you and know that God's blessings will fill your life.
